Religion

Religion is a way of answering questions about the meaning of life. Believing in a God or gods, or in a divine being, is one way of making sense of the world around us. People all over the world are religious believers. Different religions have different beliefs. For example, Christians, Jews, and Muslims all believe in one God, while Hindus believe in many gods. The world's major religions are Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism.
Christianity is the world's biggest religion. There are Christians in nearly all parts of the world. More than half of the worlds Christians are Roman Catholics, who follow the leadership of the pope in Rome. Other groups of Christians include Orthodox Christians, who accept most of the same teachings as Roman Catholics but follow different leadership, and Protestants, who often disagree with Catholic teachings. Protestants rely especially on the Bible itself. They belong to many different groups or denominations. The members of Team C are all Christians of different denominations. We all believe in one God but follow different leadership. .
The positive impacts this will have on our team are integrity, commitment to a common goal that is worthwhile and agrees on a general approach to the goal, synergy that team members together achieve more than each individual can, and mutual accountability to one another. Like religion there is honesty and commitment to God, being accountable for your actions, and assembling together to receive the power of the spirit. The shared culture of this team will contribute compromise, cooperate, and collaborate to reach the common purpose.
One negative impact that may occur is stereotyping each other's religion. Even though we are all Christians of different denominations there are certain stereotyping we may encounter. For example traditions, skills, and remarks made about a denomination; that another team member denomination thinks is fine.
