            The main problem is that the music industry fail to .
            
             Obviously those major music companies have been trying to come .
             up with many solutions that they hope it could somehow head off the threat from .
             those free service websites.Two of their solutions are to create two online legally .
             services called Musicnet and Pressplay.And the other one is trying to bring the .
             copyright issue and fight with Napster in the court,trying to shut down the Napster. .
             Apparently the close down Napster was really being against by those 50,000,000users .
             and it was such a big disappointment because banning Napster is not the final say on .
             the issue.Whether or not Napster survives, the technology is now out there.Napster "s .
             gone, other Napster clones will get popular,OpenNap,Freenet,Gnutella,musicity, .
             Powernap.etc.They can't fight the technology.Even if people can't download free .
             music on the internet at all, there still exists the music file swapping services that let .
             users search the computers of other people in the network to find the music they want .
             without the central server or company structure to target for copyright infringement.
             One of those free downloading service's strength is that they obtain hard to find or out .
             of press music and it's free!So,will corporate MP3 sites and legal paid service sites .
             like MusicNet and Pressplay offer those rare,limited release track?Some users even .
             bring up the point about if Napster 's gonna turn into legal action, how can u make .
             sure that the money go directly to the performers and production crews.It's just not .
             going to work closing down the Napster.And to create legal paid-for music download .
             service,it is still unclear how many people are prepared to pay for music online.
             In order to solve this problem,still I think there are quite a few solutions that I .
             have in my mind.First of all, the users don't like to pay for music that they think they .
             have a right to listen, maybe just to help them decide whether those CDs are worth to .
