We are preparing for the Great Lent or 50 days Lent. The Lent will begin this year on March 2nd, Sunday. Lent, as we know very well, it is a special time of fasts, prayer and meditation upon the word of God. During this time, we should take special time and effort to recapitulate or review our life in the light of Scripture. Let this may help us to repent and it may lead us to real confession. We should see the death of our Lord as the expiatory offering for the liberation of mankind from sin and its punishment. During the Lent, let us meditate and reflect, on the great act of saving, of our Lord through His life and sacrifice. As the members of Christian Church, our important responsibility be this in the words of St. Paul "Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God" (Eph.
