No Poor or Rich

I believe that society has based their ideas of rich and poor to an unjust and unreasonable way. Without the existence of those rich or poor, I believe there would be less hunger and crime related subjects dealing with anything economical. Less problems involving the work force would arise, and as the gap between the rich and poor narrows the "rates in unemployment begin to drop." There would not be any problems if everyone got what you deserve. I image that you would be able to get more "money" or tickets to get material things by measuring the work you do. You get what you deserve. Therefore, crimes dealing with stealing would be more punishable, by making the consequences with any mercy or remorse. Basically, it breaks down to, if you work harder, you are "richer" in the sense of having more benefits. Those benefits would include being able to buy better quality products, having a larger house, being able to afford more luxurious things, and so on. Life in that sense would be fair. .
At your job, you will get rated by how good you do your job and by how much you work. The better and harder working you are, the better you get rated. You want to receive an excellent rating because that will determine your credits (your "money" or buying power). When you slack off at your work, you will not get a good rating, therefore causing you to not get the credits that you would desire. Everyone always desires more and more. When you do not come through in your job, you will not come through in the benefits you would desire. If the job is a difficult and more professional job, then there will be more awarded to you of course, but good work is necessary. You obtain a good and professional job the same way you get your credits, if you do well in school and work hard, the more specialized of a job you will work in. .

When a non-worker or a greedy worker commits a crime, the punishment will be more severe.
