The Apartment Complex

            I visited this apartment complex on an 9/18/03. As I drove into the complex I saw the front lawn of the office look wonderful. Flowers decorated the front office lawn. But as I walked around the buildings that looked ok, I noticed some of the wooden beams under the carport that needed to be painted/ replaced. The green shrubs around the apartments itself wasn't as highly decortive as when one drives or walks by the office. I saw a few young teenagers playing on the front lawn in between two apartmewnt complexes and they seemed happy and not the type to get into trouble. I spotted an elderly couple walking their small dogs with a smile on their face as they conversed. I saw a nice tennis court and the place had two pools. They were clean and didn't look messy around the pool area. Ididn't take a picture inside the pool area as a man was lying out in the sun. This apartment complex did meet the mangers discription as a "nice place to live". The manager was also more than helpful to answer any questions I had and made also mentioned that the police dept. is located a block away. "This is a very safe environment for tentants of all ages" said Renee the manager. After looking around and had my questions answered, I actually believe her.
