What Is a Human


            What is a human? A human being is a person; it is belonging to, or having the qualities of, man or mankind. Having or showing those positive aspects of nature and character that distinguish human beings from the lower animals; having the form of a human being. Subject to or indicative of the weakness, imperfections, and fragility associated with human beings. There are many ways to classify a person, by social standards, race, and sex. They can even be sorted out their age group. Since the moment that they are born to the day that they die, they can be classified as a child, teenager, adult, and senior citizen.
             At the moment that you"re born you start your life as a child. The age span starts when you are a newborn and ends when you turn thirteen. During this stage is when the human starts to grow and learn about the world that he/she is living in. They become skilled at eating, walking, being potty trained and knowing wrong from right. They will began at day care, pre-school, or kindergarten, and learn their numbers and ABC's. Then proceed to elementary school and begin some middle school. While in school they gain knowledge of how to read, do math, find out the wonders of science, and learn about some geography/history.
             The next stage in a person's life is being a teenager. The age span starts when you"re at the age of thirteen and ends when you turn eighteen. In this stage the teen is going through some drastic changes that may be hard for them to go through. One of the major changes that teens go through is puberty. When going through puberty they experience their bodies transforming and getting ready to be able to produce. For girls, their breasts increase in size and they receive their first menstrual cycle. On the other hand, boys" voices get deeper and they begin to grow facial hair, also, their shoulders become broader. Puberty marks the moment that teens begin to convert into adults.
