Women have the right to there body and anti abortion is impeding that right. Abortion has been one the most controversial subjects in American history both socially and politically. America has split in to two sides; pro - choice and pro - life. In January 22, 1973 U. S Supreme Court declared that a woman had the "Fundamental right" to have an abortion. The Fundamental right to do what you with your body is the basics of freedom.
Opponents of abortion state the point that abortion is morally wrong and is also a form of murder. The important thing to really understand is that in the first trimester, when the "baby" is still a mass of mush has no heart beat, it is living totally off the mother and can actually be called a parasite. Getting rid of this mass of tissue is not murder for it is not even in the shape of a human.

Another reason for abortion is unwanted pregnancies as well as the emotional instability of teenage girls in deciding how to handle an unplanned pregnancy. Rape is another reason for people to have abortion; pro-life simple say's it's not the baby's fault for what's happened. Simply if you can't bear raising a child because of rape, money problems, or commitment, just give the child up for adoption; but what if you"re a minor and by giving birth you would risk harming your self. Pro-lifer's don't seem to care about what, moral, and physical challenges a woman going up for adoption they claim that the, unborn child that so not have any rights should be given rights over the well being of the mother. .
