Have you ever been to a store and see someone try to bargain with a sales person? Yes, they may want the best deal possible, but even so, the person buying that item is the one who needs the product, not the salesman. The buyer should be happy with the fact that he or she can just go out to a store and buy their necessaties. I sometimes ponder on what would happen if life went back to the way life was in the sixteenth century. Our techies wouldn't know how to live anymore.
People today take a lot of things for granted, Such as technology,money,opportunities, and life itself. Sadly, the things that people should take for granted, such as education, they feel obligated to do so. Today people just don't seem to care about anything or anyone but themselves, and that my friend is the sad truth.
Life today is not how it ought to be. I'm not any kind of hippy, but I do believe that people should stop being so gready and just simply be happy with what they have. Celebrities take more things for granted than your average person. They all rely on others to do their everyday work for them; such as cooking, cleaning,cosmetics, driving, and sometimes even raising their children. When people are that rich they take everything for granted, everything that makes life a little easier is right at your fingertips.
Okay I am not just blaming the celebrities here. I also blame a nice amount of American students, mainly grades six through twelve. These children don't realize what they are being offered here. American education is free,yes free, and these kids just couldn't give any less of a hoot about it. Your education determines your life and your future, and kids are obligated to go to school and learn, just because they have to do something. Children in America don't realize how lucky they are, kids in the poorer countries of the world would die to be able to have such an opportunity.
Well honestly here, I would be a hypocrite if I were to say that i don't take things for granted.
