With current advancement of computers and graphics, advertising became astonishing in the way they are created. Technology helped businesses manipulate their information and present them through a TV commercial that can greatly affect the number of customers they could attract. These made people from other countries interested in these businesses, which caused the creation of "Business Process Outsourcing.
             Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is one of the most helpful ways to solve sellers' and workers' issues. A company would use BPO if it is in need of employees who are outside the country and are experts in specific areas. This will prevent the company from wasting time through hiring and training an employee. Not only that, but also it will reduce the costs of production. It can also influence workers by providing jobs for them. Outsourcing's main benefit is to help a company finishes a specific task with ease and with the lowest possible cost. These tasks involves customer support, accounting, web design, and computer programming, etc. Based on previous examples, it is clear that outsourcing can only occur with the existence and advancement of technology. In order to outsource, ease of communication must occur between the company and the abroad employee. In the past, it was impossible to achieve that, however, with current technology such as the internet, video calls, fast delivery services and mobile phones, it became possible. Outsourcing could sometimes be dangerous for the company if they chose someone who could steal their data; therefore, companies use technology to enhance their security systems.
             Regarding security systems, it has been always a crucial problem for any business; however, technology was able to improve how security works in a business. Cameras, alarms, and Infrared system are all examples of security systems. Infrared security systems and cameras can be powerful security systems to capture any suspicious action; however, they are not enough to provide the most secured environment.
