In the short story "from Sir Gawain and the Green Knight," Gawain is faced with a difficult personal challenge. I as well face challenges presently and in the future. For example selecting a college, in which I would like to attend, or first, graduating from Somerset High School. Another challenge is getting a job in which to support my tuition fees and post-college career. But to be successful in life, steps must be taken to help one face such difficult tasks.
Some challenges that I will face in the near future are choosing a college that I would like to obtain higher knowledge. This is a challenge because I want the college I go to, to be perfect for me. I would like to live at home and commute to a college, I don't want to live in a dormitory for four or more years. Another problem with college is that going to one is like a necessity these days, with all of the new technology and because all kinds of new jobs are being created all of the time. Getting a job is also a challenge because I could be going to school for something I don't even want to do, though I wouldn't know it at them time. Not only that, getting enough money to support a family, buy a house, and all of the things that are normal in life. The only set of standards that I believe is appropriate in helping me face these challenges are going be the oldest phrase, survival of the fittest.
In conclusion,I have several challenges up and coming, such as school, college education and finally places of employment. To deal with these challenges I must be patient and take advantage of something to maybe get a head start in life if not that at least make a living and be happy with what you have.
