Differences and Similarities in Romeo And Juliet

Although Juliet on the other hand, is always at home and is in contact with her loving and lifelong nurse. Even though the nurse wasn't her true mother, she is by far the most prominent parent figure throughout Juliet's life; Seeing as how her true mother (Lady Capulet) was the female ruler of the Capulet family; And didn't actually need to raise Juliet since she could have easily have someone else do it for her. Sadly, this was just done as a bold statement of her already obvious position in society. .
That alone could also be the lead reasoning behind the dramatic difference in Romeo's irrational changeability as a dynamic character, to Juliet's ability to remain (For the most part) a static character throughout Shakespeare's play. We see that Romeo on one hand, seems to always be in some sort of amplified melodramatic mood of some kind. Whether it be him exploding uncontrollably into a violent fit of rage and passion, or him suffering through the absolute and utmost epitome of love deprived depression, he seemed to have always been in some sort of deep state of emotional destitute; Which in turn does even more so continue to amplify his irrational and very often emotionally led decision making. For some reason, Romeo just could not seem to find a consciously clear state of mind. There was no in between for him emotionally. He either always had his feelings being intensely woven between one character to another, or was constantly being thrown into an irrationally theatrical state of mind that seemed to have been caused by the seemingly harmless (And also irrational) decisions made by his overtly bored and fanatically family loyal friends. Juliet on the other hand, has a different story. Throughout the whole story she simply is in love with Romeo, not the handsome, controlling, and very wealthy Count Paris. Additionally, up until the last 3/4 of the play she seems to remain just a lovestruck early teen who doesn't really have any major events that significantly impact her overall level of sanity or emotions/decision making.
