Leviticus clearly states: Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination(Leviticus 18:22), and Leviticus also states, If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them(Leviticus 20:13 KJV) These verses are supporting the argument that homosexuality is an abomination in the sight of God. God in heaven established marriage for Adam and Eve, which means it is biblically mandated, so same-sex marriages offend God and his laws. Life is premised on the doctrine of Imago Dei, as we are crafted from the divine image of God with infinite worth. How plain and evident does the Bible need to be on the subject? It is self-evident we are designed as heterosexuals.
