Just the inhumanity itself shows how cruel and heartless people can be till this day, when it comes to adultery. People are being killed for decisions they make but then again their killers are committing not just one sin but SEVERAL!.
Judging and killing are sins so does it count? That's not living by God. One is not living by God's rules if one is not following them, whether is one self or someone else. As for Iran they believe stoning to be the never ending punishment for every crime committed. It's not something that may last for any longer but there's nothing to be done when it's part of their law system. In Iran a woman, 43, was sentenced to stoning. She was not only being punished for adultery but also killing her husband. She received 100 lashes for "illicit relation" with two other men after her husband death. Later in the year 2006, one of the men was convicted to killing her husband and that still didn't get her an easy way out. A couple of months after the courts revisited her case and she's probably looking to be hung rather than stoned. Iran sees Adultery as a capital crime and any woman who breaks the law shall be stoned to death.
Furthermore, down the way Africa and Iran is not the only places where women are punished cruel. It's the same here in America. Here, we don't consider adultery as a crime but many consider it as an act of betrayal and deceiving. People go off of what they believe and what they don't. As far as being stoned or beaten to death, it's not a society punishment. The punishment you would deal with of anything is alimony because that can get you tide in a knock if your spouse file divorce under adultery. Don't get married if you're not ready to fully commit. On December 15, 2004, a 32 year old salesman was sentenced to death for the murder of his wife and unborn son. Scott Peterson was much emotional once his sentence was read out by the court but did he really feel guilty.
