As I make some of the most important choices in my life, people are going to ask, "Why did you choose that?" or "How come you want to do this?" Everyone has their own set of goals they want to achieve in life based upon the actions they make. No one has the same set of exact goals like you do, everyone is different in that sense. Getting a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, getting hired on by a police agency, and moving out of my parents' house are my three main goals. .
To begin, my first goal is to get my bachelor's degree is criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. One of the reasons why this is an important goal for me to accomplish is because my sister already has her degree in psychology and I want to show her and my family that I can do the same and graduate college. Secondly, achieving my bachelor's degree shows my parents and my sister that I was dedicated and very thankful for all the support and effort that they gave me. For example, my parents made a great effort in supporting the career path that I have chosen by looking into things that have to deal with law enforcement. Lastly, this goal is very important in my life because by achieving my degree, my sister Courtney will be very proud of me, because I want to go back to school, follow in her footsteps and be able to put my degree next to hers on the wall. The higher the education I get, the easier it will be for me to get a good career within the law enforcement field, which will help me achieve my next important goal in my life. .
The second most important goal that I want to accomplish in life is to be able to work for a law enforcement agency in the state of California. This goal is important to me achieve because it has always been a dream of mine since I was a little kid; I have always wanted to be the lady in the uniform with a gun, handcuffs, and a K9 dog. For instance, becoming a part of a police department agency is important to me because I want to be able to protect the citizens on the streets of California and make sure that the people who are bad and have committed crimes go to jail.
