Why a Graduated Degree?

            
             One of the human's greatest features is ambition. It motivates us to pursue our individual goals in a perfect way that satisfies our desires and helps us to evolve our human intelligence. Ambition is a product of human intelligence. Our intelligence creates our own individual ambition so that they mutually continue to benefit each other in the course of evolution. Others" ambition was to prove moon no longer man's mystique, my simple ambition is to obtain my next business goal and career.
             I graduated with a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering in 1998 from the university of Texas at Austin then started to work as a test development engineer in the semiconductor industry for about two years. Later I moved to the Integrated Circuit Integration (ICI) department and accepted a new assignment as an IC Custom Layout designer. I had much of expectation in the IC design environment where I would be able to develop, explore, and advance to a new level of achievement. However, the business condition was not very dynamic. It required me to remain at the same career position quite indefinitely in order to satisfy the operational stability of the business environment. In a sudden I felt like I could not grow anymore. I probably already prematurely reached the ceiling of my career. In the middle of frustration I thought that the only possibility of achieving unlimited career venture was to have your own environment, your own decision making capability, your own company.
             I and few of my peers decided to venture into the new business that our own company would produce the new unique ways of making the same IC products in a more cost effective ways than the conventional techniques currently used in the semiconductor environment. I then realized that I had to bear more responsibilities than just the technical issues. The business management and financial control are my two major issues that I literally have not yet got any experience what so ever.
