The Breaking Point of James Robert Smith

            It was like any other friday, James Robert Smith woke up at 6:03 am. He took his shower by 6:15 am, he made a fresh cup of coffee and ate two slices of toast with peanut butter no crust. By 6:32 am James had pulled out of his driveway and started to listen to his favorite radio station. At 7:15 am He clocked into his work where he had been working for the past five years. At 2:25 pm he received this paycheck that once again had more hours on it than he had actually worked but who was he to say anything he didn't make the mistake. At 3:02 pm he clocked out and made his way to the bank. At 3:27 pm he deposited what would hopefully pay all of his bills that month besides maybe the cable bill he might have to earn a couple extra tips by the end of the month to make sure he was good there. At 4:31 pm James was back in his driveway, he walked into the house and set his oven to 375 to cook the lasagna he had prepared the night before. At 5:17 pm James Robert Smith received a phone call, at 5:18 pm the words your sister has been shot were said.
             Her name was Mary Lee Smith, she was born on November 1st 1977 to Tom and Rebecca Smith. She had one older brother, James Robert Smith. If you were to ask anyone James and Mary Lee were attached at the hip. Everywhere James went Mary Lee was always right beside him. They both had the same love, basketball. They trained every day together. When they walked to school they would dribble their basketballs, during free periods they were always either in the weight room or in the gym shooting off the gun. They were each other's biggest fan unless they were playing on the same night which did happen quite a bit, but other than that they never missed each other's games. The love that those two had for each other and for that game was so real even a stranger could see it from a mile away.
             They both knew the day would come when it would be time for them to go their own ways.
