By stating that War is Peace, the party is keeping its members focus on its enemy and working together to be a better front for this war. Freedom is slavery can mean that if a person can express individual thought and ideas can chain them to danger and discontentment. Ignorance is strength can point to people not being to recognize what is truly wrong and thus giving the government strength to protect them.
