E-Commerce and Mobile Commerce

B2B e-commerce is being used to improve the efficiency of managing payments between a business and its partners and also distributors (p. 1359). C2C (Consumer to Consumer) E-commerce is the last category which consumers buying or selling their product with other consumers online. C2C business model involves three players such as one consumer acting as a seller, one consumer acting as buyer and a website or platform provider that allows buyers and sellers to do a transaction. In recent years, the largest number of C2C E-commerce have been developing through personal website, auction and classified advertising website such as amazon, eBay and Craigslist. Active interactions and relationships between consumers are the most important to the success of C2C. Mutual trust among members and member's trust in the website or platform provider are two types of trust in C2C E-commerce (p. 1360).
             In conclusion, E-commerce is playing a main role on online retail marketing and this technology is increasing everyday through basic categories such as B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer), C2C (Consumer to Consumer). E-commerce has been creating a new paradigm for business that shifted from the traditional business model. Therefore, E-commerce can increase sales and decrease the sale costs and it can also identify new suppliers and business partners. It increases the speed that reduces costs on both sides of transactions and businesses can exchange information.
             In the article "Analysis of E-Commerce and M-Commerce: Advantages, Limitations and Security issues", Niranjanamurthy et al. (2013) analyses the advantages, disadvantages and security issues of M-commerce. M-commerce is one of Electronic Commerce, which has been growing the field in business in recent years. Nowadays, buyers and sellers can buy and sell goods more easily and faster anytime and anywhere through a new paradigm shift (M-commerce).
