Hercules

In the Disney movie "Hercules" it shows many examples of different characters, and their self-esteem levels and their strengths and weaknesses. Hercules illustrates several strengths and weaknesses throughout the movie. He is very physically strong and willing to do whatever he had to do to achieve a specific goal. He has a very strong mental fortitude. On the other hand, Hercules in his teen-age years was very clumsy and awkward. His father Zeus is a great example of a man who loved his child for who he was; whether he is a mortal or a God. Zeus showed kindness and respect toward others, and was very caring. He has qualities where as he can portray a stern "get-to-the-point" man, and he can be a fun soft loving father. There really aren't any weaknesses about Zeus. He is the God of all Gods. Pegasus, the horse that Zeus obtained for Hercules, is Hercules best friend. Although for a period of his life they were separated; they are reunited. Pegasus stands as a very loyal friend to him. Pegasus, like Zeus, doesn't have any weaknesses because he is so loving and kind to Hercules. He always puts Hercules best interests first. Hades is the complete opposite of Zeus. He is full of weaknesses and doesn't really have any strength. Hades is sarcastic, very evil, hateful, and incredibly short tempered. Phil, Hercules trainer has a pretty equal ratio between strengths and weaknesses. His strengths include that he is encouraging and motivating; he never gives up on Hercules when it counts. However his weaknesses are that he is negative toward Hercules in the beginning of the movie, and very intolerant; also he is very controlling. Meg is a very interesting character as she is very independent, strong-willed and confident; even though in some parts of the movie she begins to second guess herself. Pain and Panic are very goofy and they along with Hades have many weaknesses. They are followers and easily persuaded by Hades.
