             Those was the early year for Rush, the rest of the book is Rush's views and opinions on different subjects. The first subject that was brought up was the events that happen that he is just really sick and tired of hearing and deal with. There are many people who try to give Columbus trash but Rush is all for him and just tells others that if it wasn't for him we wouldn't be here. He has a real problem with how much money the U.S puts out for the war on AIDS because he feels that those who do have it are not going to stop having sex so the money that is put towards it is just a waist, when it can go to the war on cancer, something he feels would be more productive. He is tired of hearing about how the people of the U.S expect too much out of the Congress, the people should expect that and maybe they should expect more. He discusses how people of the U.S can say things like don't have sex until your married but they know that its still going to happen so they supply kids with condoms at public schools and they just use the excuse that they cant stop it from happening so in a way they contradict themselves. The problem with schools is that they teach the kids the wrong subjects and things that they are not going to even use when they get out of school. Then finally how we the people sympathize the wrong people. For example if we were to see a bum outside most peoples natural reaction is to feel bad, but don't we all have equal rights to schooling grades 1-12 and we have equal opportunities to make something out of our lives so why would we feel bad for someone who didn't take advantage of the chances they had in front of them at one time? .
