Vegetarian vs meat

Everyday most of the world's population eats meat products, while small percentage have chosen different life style by being vegetarian. Vegetarian diets are full of flavor, essential nutrients and everything else needed to maintain a healthy body. There are various advantages of vegetarian diet such as reduced risk of cancer and heart disease, low cholesterol level, lower incidence of hypertension and high blood pressure than meat eaters. Meat diet is not considered a healthy choice because it has many risks such as various cancers, high blood pressure, heart attack, high cholesterol and many risk factors.
Vegetables are beneficial to human body as Albert Einstein describes "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet" (Richard 2). What exactly are vegetables? There are many different kinds of vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, celery, corn, eggplant, turnip, broccoli, peas, radish, squash or pumpkin. "Regular consumption of vegetables is associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, Alzheimer disease, cataracts, and cancer" (Liu 1). There are many arguments why vegetarian diet is better than meat; the eight arguments are as follows:.
             1) The hunger argument against meat- eating: There is a drastic hunger around the world today. There are a few reasons, how much of the hunger problems could be solved such as "livestock pastures needs cut drastically into land which could be used to grow food" (Robbins 1). The second reason is massive quantities of food which is fed to livestock could be used to feed humans. There are millions of people who die as a result of malnutrition, just this year 20 million people will die because of malnutrition. Experts have said that "One hundred million people cold be fed using the land free if only Americans reduced their intake of meat by 10 %" Robbins 1).
