President George W. Bush

In this paper I will talk about George W. I will example how he thinks schools should be run. I will also explain about what he thinks should happen and the problems that he sees in today's school system. But basically I will tell all of his points and ideas, to make/help education in today's world. First of all I am going to explain what a reform is and how it runs. I think by doing this it will somewhat help to reentrant Bush's education reform. .
The definition of "school reform" varies greatly among individuals, the media and even education groups. There is consensus that the word reform refers to more dramatic change in school systems than what can currently be achieved without legislation or structural policy change. In most instances, fundamental school reform requires legislative or popular initiatives, or the approval of a state or local governing authority. It varies depending upon the degree of control permitted to each governing body for education in a state.
George W. Bush says that he is the "Education President". He believes that the next century will be a time of incredible prosperity. But he says this can only happen if make an environment where entrepreneurs can dream and flourish. A prosperity sustained by low taxes, unleashed by lighter regulation, energized by new technologies, expanded by free trade.
He also strongly believes that our system today is sad, serious, and the soft bigotry of low expectations. Schools that don't teach and will not change must have some final point of accountability. A moment of truth, when their federal funds, intended to help the poorest children, are divided up and given to parents for tutoring or a charter school or some other hopeful option. His plan for this is lifting the burden of bureaucracy, and gives states unprecedented freedom in spending feral education dollars. In return for this flexibility, each state must adopt a system of real accountability and high standards.
