Resident evil

Many of us have played the game Resident Evil. Sitting in the dark waiting to see if a killer dog or zombie is around the next corner. Your own life is in your hands. In the movie however, you just sit back and hope that the horrifying T-virus doesn't get out of the under ground bioengineering facility, known as The Hive, into the city above. The fate of all mankind is in the hands of the small special ops force sent to find out why the supercomputer know as the Red Queen has closed of all communication and all the ways in and out of The Hive.
The first time I watched Resident Evil I was skeptical. Now, I have found that it is a good movie with very few flaws. I must say however that the only thing I disliked about it is that it is very hard to understand in the beginning. It's hard to under stand what and why things are happening but after a while every thing is answered. Other than that minor pet peeve of mine it is very entertaining and very catching. .
Resident Evil is a great movie in my mind. It has every thing I think a movie should have action, a well-written script, mental as well as physical struggle, and a mutated creature known as The Licker.
Through out the movie you find out that the company that controls The Hive is very crooked and secretive. They are illegally testing with potential genetic and viral weapons. One of the genetic experiments gets loose. This creature is called The Licker. Although it has a really absurd name, this creature is very grotesques and gruesome. Its strength increases and it mutates every time it consumes new DNA whether it's dead, alive, or both. This creature is my favorite part in the whole movie because it is the focus of the sub plot and comes together with the main plot at the end.
In Resident Evil as in other movies you might want to watch it more than once. The second time I watched it I liked it better, the third time, I liked it even better.
