Bad language

Bad language is used all the time around us and is used in a variety of different ways. It is heard at school, at bus stops, train stations, around town, and with groups of friends. Bad language is explored in Jonathon Margolis" article, and the word "F***" is discussed and argued as the world's worst word; apposing to the "C**t" word. His article "Expletive Deleted" is a expiration of the current use of the word, and it includes some autobiographical parts to the article; of his personal experiences of being a young child, and hearing even the upper class say the word "F***".
The article clearly points out that as the years went on, the word "F***" became more popularly used in songs, films, television shows etc .
In 1976, The Sex Pistols famously used the word "F***" on Thames Today (a television programme), which infuriated the presenter Bill Grundy. From the 1980's and up to now still, films have routinely contained a fusillade of the "F***" word, with Hugh Grant's (a current actor) opening act in " Four Weddings and A Funereal". His character repeatedly repeats the "F***" word, in every sentence that comes out his mouth. He also splits words to enter a swear word to show anger, or what he is feeling, but most of the time, he does it as a habit-forming addiction; like a smoker or alcoholic.
In 1997, several broadcasting organisations produced a ranking of words by severity, as "F***" only coming as 3rd, behind "C**t", and "Mo****-Fu****". .
Now days, most young children know swear words at a very young age and use them, not thinking they are any different from every day life words. This has come about from adults or older children using swear words frequently around juveniles, and so these young children already have a mouth like a sewer. .
Should the Parents be to blame, or the atmosphere that the children are brought up in, in today's modern society?.
This question is often argued between parents, teachers, carers and individual humans hearing children mouthing inappropriate words at such a young age.
