With no way out

I'm simply sitting in a room, in the middle of a mansion. I'm sitting in a desk, writing about my soon to be end. A hall full of some kind of un-dead creatures tearing through the barricaded door, yet I'm as calm as I will ever be. Never have I thought, that in a situation where my death is sure to within moments, that I could be so calm. I might as well just write it down here, while simply waiting for my demise.
It all started a few days ago, when an unfamiliar man came to my door and asked me to come with him. He was some kind of government official, I wasn't sure what exactly he was though. He wasn't very clear on that part. Seeing the man, and the two waiting near the car, I decided it would be best to just go along, and see what this was all about. As I asked the man if I could call my chief at the station, he simply told me it was all taken care of. I sat down in the car, and we left.
The three men didn't say much, in fact they said nothing, and just looked strait ahead as if they were not even human. We entered an old warehouse, and on a stopped on a platform. A large man looking like some sort of janitor emerged from a small office and walked over to the car. He looked in, and gazed over everyone paying close attention to me, than stepped back and flipped a lever hidden behind a circuit board and we started to go down an elevator. It was pitch black, I could hardly see a thing, and then a bright light. It was some sort of underground tunnel.
We started down this tunnel, it all looked the same to me. Every so often a separate tunnel would open up off to the side. But there was light from one, and the three men look with a somewhat confused look. I wasn't sure what it was, but I didn't think it could be good, and I was right, it was another car heading strait for us. The driver slammed on the brakes, but it was too late. We crashed into the car, and I must have passed out.
