Ed Wood pursed his dreams that made him one of the directors everyone must know even though just about most of his films were failures. All these three things made Edward Wood Jr. a star and formed his human spirit; desire to success, be true to yourself, and pursue your dreams,.
             Edward Wood Jr., has a great desire for success he strives to produce movies even if they are failures, which shows his human spirit. Ed Wood gets offered the chance to direct and write a script for a movie, which is almost unheard of to do both. An example, Ed Wood tells people that he has "special qualifications,"" in order to get his foot in the door to people in the movie industry. Ed Wood runs into his favorite actor, Bela Lugosi, and asks Lugosi to star in his new movie which needs a big name as him, in which Logosi agrees to this opportunity. Giving Edward the drive and excitement, pushing him to give more of himself in the film he is making. Ed Woods's films have never been rated "A films- by looked at as "B films but critics, but still he is enthusiastic to find weather a meatpacker or a Baptist church to donate money to his films. An example is when Ed Wood comes up with the idea to throw a party to raise money for his film "Bride of the Monster-, trying to persuade everyone and anyone to donate money for his film, but Ed Wood fails to raise any funds at all. After the party, sadly disappointed Ed Wood heads to the café to get a cup of coffee and runs into the main actress of his new film in which she donates$60,000 but lies and only has $300 dollars in give Ed Wood. As this strongly represents hope for Ed Wood in which gives him the motivation for what he loves directing and script writing.
