Age Perspective

Both are very close to me, so I was able to get (what I believe to be) honest results.
Both subjects seemed more focused on school. It seemed to have the biggest impact on both of them compared to relationships, and work, so I will discuss education last.
Relationships were the least comparable, of the three topics. Although my younger subject talked much about what "other girls" her age were doing along with her and the "whole schools" thoughts about that. My older subject made no mention of "cheap girls". Weather there weren't any or weather she didn't find the topic to be as important as the 16 year old I don't know. They both described the giddy feelings they each had about boys.almost exactly. They discussed the silly games that were played in their grade school ages at a time when they first started to feel attracted to boys. Both said that they realized at some point that the boys weren't interested, but gave it no thought. Ironically both Sheena and Amy laughed about how they used to chase the boys down (with the aid of their female peers) and physically drag them back to a central location, where other girls would hold them against their will. The funny thing is I remember playing the same sort of game, I have the feeling that the boys really didn't hate girls all that much though. .
My reasons for concluding that work wasn't a very comparable topic is probably simply because neither Sheena, or Amy made a very big deal out of work, as I expected them to do. Amy (my older subject) remembers being out of bed, dressed, already finished with breakfast, and doing chores at the crack of dawn. There were 8 children counting herself, and they all had specific duties, right down to the little ones. As they grew older their chores became more important, and each time she remembered advancing in her duties as a child, became milestones, set by the older siblings, and continued by the younger ones.
