             The world today is a busy place and most people don't really care about their daily intake of food. "Let me run and get a burger before I go to this meeting", or "Let me drink this water and maybe I won't be so hungry". These are comments that people are using to compromise their health. The world today sees proper eating as an unnecessary act that doesn't really need to be accomplished everyday. There is a way to solve this problem, and it is by taking vitamin tablets. Vitamin tablets aren't just for the elderly or the children. It is for people of all ages. Vitamin tablets also prevent conditions and different diseases from happening. Also, most people do not have a proper diet so vitamins would help out greatly if you are old or young.
             Just because you are in your youthful years and you can eat twice what you weight and still not gain a pound doesn't mean that you are getting proper vitamin intake. If teens fail to take proper vitamins it will affect them greatly in their later years.
             Vitamins don't only keep you alive and healthy but they also prevent a lot of different things from happening to your body. For example vitamin A promotes good eye vision and an healthy immune system. Without vitamin A you will have bad vision and it will be easier for you to catch a disease because your immune system won't be working properly. A deficiency in vitamin D your bones can become brittle in the long run and your bones ability to absorb calcium can become dysfunctional.
