Online schooling

Some colleges are choosing to combine online and traditional schooling (Bowler). The online classes are set up on the internet, similar to how ITGS is taught. All assignments are posted on the internet and group discussions (conferences) are sometimes held. Online schooling allows students from all over the world to attend the school of their choice without moving. .
             Online schooling has evolved from the internet. It would be impossible without the internet. This trait is extremely important because the internet is the largest global collection of information stored in network-accessible databases and online schooling is in the midst of all this information (Johal). Online computer teaching has become the fastest-growing segment of higher education (Bowler). Online schooling started out as schools posting information on the internet. Schools, like everyone else, saw the potential of a market on the internet. However, simple information turned into actual courses and schooling. Online schooling is becoming more and more popular. Enrollment in distance education courses has more than doubled nationally to 3 million since 1997 (Bowler). Students are noticing the convenience of online courses. .

             Online schooling holds many good possibilities. Just one example of the benefits can be seen with migrant students. Online schooling greatly helps migrant students who are constantly moving and working with their families (Migrant Teen). Online schooling also gives kids the opportunity to talk and work with foreign students. This helps expand the experience of schooling and could lead to better foreign ties later on. Foreign students also provide the colleges and universities with numerous benefits (Jaeger). There are no geographic limits to online schools. Online schooling would also allow students in areas that are not well equipped for schools, to be able to learn.
