To put it lightly, the only way to describe this place is an endless pile of junk. It could also be described as a big shed. The reason I was in this shed was because my dad told me to go find some tools he needed to fix the lawn mower.
I walked across the yard to my grandma's house. I pulled the tin door open to the shed, on the door was some writing on it that someone spray painted in black. It said big John. I paused for a moment, then went on in. I figured that there couldn't be anything in here that would get me. As I opened the door, I smelt the stench of old mildew and dust. Before I had the chance to look around, there was a cat that came to greet me. It was white and looked pretty healthy, except for the legs and tail of a rat sticking out of it's mouth. How inviting!.
The cat temporarily distracted me from looking for the tools, then I started to look around for them. There is one definite path through the old shed, with everything and anything imaginable on the sides of it. The first thing I came to was an old table with all kinds of old car parts, tools, nuts, screws, and bolts strewn across it. I thought sure I would find what I was looking for there. As much as I dug through it, I couldn't find those right things. As I moved throughout the shed, I came to an antique dresser with so many different items in it that it would be impossible to name them all. The dresser contained everything from buck knives to brand new drills. I don't think any of the items had been used, or even touched for many years. There were also several old pictures taped on the side of this dresser, and a calendar dated for the year of 1970. I finally decided that there weren't any tools in the dresser so I moved further into the shed. As I walked through I came by an old torn up recliner, several different car parts, and even and old pac man video game. It seemed so out of place, and I wondered if it still worked.
