Where Romeo and Juliet really in love

Are Romeo and Juliet really in love?.
Humans react differently and more passionately to situations when there is conflict in their way. The way Romeo and Juliet act and react, it reveals how unready they are to be dealing with the mature feelings, and confirms to the reader they are not in love. Their love is selfish, self-fulfilling, quick, and superficial. Romeo and Juliet are not in love because throughout the play they don't show any evidence of true love, only immature attraction for the wrong reasons. .
The self-fulfilling infatuation that both Romeo and Juliet feel feeds off of feeling beautiful and desiring to each other. They embrace, dizzy and unaware of the world around them, because the only thing that matters to them is how good they look to the other. They enjoy hearing about how much they mean to each other, and they feed off knowing that they are attractive to the other. The emotion of wanting to feel loved pours into every human being at one point, but for Romeo and Juliet, it seems to be everything to them; and consumes them. Knowing that the other is thinking of them makes their unfulfilled, premature fire burn brighter. In the midst of growing up in rich families, these two teens were perhaps feeling neglected by their parents, and when they found someone was attractive, paid attention to them, they immediately became attached. In the play, there is no part where the couple talks or asks about each other. They never show interest in each other's personality, hobbies, dreams, plans or problems. They are not in love with each other, but they are in love with the idea of love. Take for instance, how they "fell in love" in about a half-hour after meeting each other. The only reason they are attracted to each other is because they act out of self-interest and infatuation.
             .
The knowledge that Romeo and Juliet can't be together makes this attraction to stay together even more passionate.
