Charter of mutant rights


            
            
             The Canadian Charter of Mutant Rights guarantee the rights and freedom of all mutants living throughout Canada. Every mutant has rights such as freedom of speech and freedom of religion and belief. Mutants have rights to be treated equally and Mutants must respect some laws formed by governments and politicians. All mutant should have a job or career or anything legal to support themselves. Mutants have the rights to be in politics or civil authorities and should not be feared. All mutants shall be paid as equal as normal people, no more no less. A new currency will be made called "Mullors". it will be in effect from December 1st 2003 and will last until time ends. It shall have a high value and it shall be used by everyone. Every mutant has the permission to vote within Canada as long as he/she is a citizen or applies through agencies to vote legally. From December 10th 2003, we will have a mixed government consisting of mutants and normal people. Mutants shall be acknowledged in excellence of sports, education, and in society. Mutants shall be respected by society as people are respected. Forced experimentation on mutants is prohibited at all times and if failed to understand this rule, the convicted will be severely penalized. Mutant torturing is unacceptable at all times and will result in heavy punishment. Mutants shall be respected by society as people are respected. All illegal rules that normal people have applies to mutants to. Mutants may not use their powers in the country or else serious consequences will result and he/she may use it only at desperate times or for self-defence. Mutants must have respect for the authorities and society. Mutants shall be equally pressed charges as normal people. Mutants shall go to jail if they commit illegal action and violates the rules.
