The Parody

.
The characters of the spin-off, Space Balls, are somewhat bizarre; that presents the second area of the parody. Darth Vader is a dastardly villain in Star Wars. He was once good, but the dark side seized control of him. His evil strength of mind and body strikes fear in his allies and opponents alike. Lord Helmet portrays him in Space Balls. The most evident feature of his attire is his helmet. The massive size of his abnormal head gear brings an idea of how inflated his character's ego is. Also, because of his extreme clumsiness, he is quite physically unstable. When he tries to act like a powerful mastermind, he merely makes a fool of himself. This is the strongest parody of characters between the two movies. Lord Helmet acts perverted and demented, while attempting to portray the traits which made Darth Vader the ultimate nemesis. Vader is strong with the "Force", enhanced through technological advancements. His custom designed helmet provides him with voice amplification, as well as aiding with breathing. Lord Helmet attempts to be strong of mind and body with added confidence from a larger than life helmet that has no mechanical improvements. Although Lord Helmet is strong, his lack of common sense greatly weakens him. His idea of offense towards his adversaries is the termination of their reproductive organs.
Another parody of characters is Star Wars" Jabba the Hutt versus Space Balls" Pizza the Hut. Jabba is an extremely hideous alien who is obsessed with money to give him power. Were he any more hideous, the screen could crack. Pizza the Hut is even more unsightly. Pizza sauce and cheese drip from his stomach-churning body. The sound effects of pizza being squished could have made someone hurl. He is too obsessed with money. His idea of a late fee is a fine of 1000 percent. Luckily for Lone Star, Pizza the Hut dies by consumption of himself while trapped in his limousine, resulting in Lone Star escaping the debt he owed to the alien.
