The picture of Dorian Gray

            The Picture of Dorian Gray is an excellent novel about vanity and influenced lifestyle. Dorian gray is a very inflencial perdson and when Lord Henry tellds him how precious his young life is dorian vbegins to worry. He is afraid of growing old. He is having his portrait painted by his good freind Basil Hallway. Dorian wishes that he could remain forvever young and the portrait would grow old. His wish comes true in the worst way. His becomes evil with the help of lord henry. He begins to kills people who stand in his way. His kills a tooatl of 4 people in the book and cause one person to kill themself. Oops . he is becoming very evil. his life changes so much throughout the book. Wilde does an excellent job of showing the changes in dorian throughout the whole book. In the begining you can sesce something wrong with Dorian. Like he is already evfil. Which he is. Lord Henry only waters Dorians seed of evil, but it is already in him to begin with. At te very end of the book Dorian sses what he has done and realizes his ewvil. He wants to change back and thinks that by killing the picxture he will kill his concience. when he stabs the picture it goes back to the way it originlally was and his is found by his servants dead on the floor qwith a knife through his heart. He is so mangled and gorss that the only way he is noticedis by the ring he is wearing. Thyis is an excellent book and very higfhl;y reccomended to anyne who enjoys murder and vanity. It is an excellent way to find out that what you wish for doesnt alwayds turn out good. So be careful ewhat you wish for you may just get it. And nobody wnts to die and live a life of vanity and evil disete. It never gets you anywhere. So read the Picture of Dorian gray and find out where the evil lies in you.
