suicide heaven or hell

.
So what does the Bible say about suicide? Well, first things first. The Bible never mentions anything at all concerning where someone who commits suicide spends eternity. In fact, the Bible is silent on this issue. The reason for this is that God probably did not address it in black and white for a good reason. If we knew that we would still go to Heaven if we killed ourselves, there would probably be a lot more suicides taking place than there already are. However, if we knew that all who killed themselves were automatically banished to hell, no matter what their situation, it may be too much for the grief-stricken family and friends to bear. This is why it blows my mind that my whole life up until now I was raised to believe that the Bible said all people who commit suicide go to hell. But the only thing the bible says is that us being children of God he only calls us to live full joyful lives rejoicing in all He has created (Biblical Truths). In the first chapter of Genesis we see that God not only created everything in this world, but he also made us in His own image (v.27). Therefore if we are the workmanship of a creator like everything that is made, our copyrights to this life do not belong to us, but to our Creator. .
Another truth from the bible that not many people argue with is the fact that suicide is a direct breaking of the Sixth Commandment which is, "You shall not murder" (Exodus.21.13). This verse can be interrupted two ways: The first obviously being that we are not to murder each other and the second being that we are not to murder ourselves. Now a lot of people will go on to say that killing yourself is an unforgivable sin, but Jesus says, "that if you break one of my commandments you have broken them all." Take in consideration that there is no one except Jesus to live a sinless life on this planet. Now taking suicide as one of the 10 Commandments and knowing that the bible says "all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God" (Romans 3:23) then all of us will spend eternity in hell because only Jesus lived without breaking one of the commandments.
