             Bill Clinton, The Nation's worst president .
             There have been 42 presidents in the United States. Of those 42, President Clinton has been the nations worst president. Bill Clinton has lied and cheated his way to be successful. There are many examples of how he has done this. One example is the Whitewater scandal. This was about the Clintons" real-estate corruption. Another example is his relations with China. These relations have to do with how he has received donations of money toward his campaign in 1996. The most recent example is the Clinton sex scandal. This was when he had affairs with Monica Lewinsky during her job in the White House as an intern. All these examples are only some of the key scandals which occurred in Clinton's life.
             Bill Jefferson Blythe IV was born on August 19, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas. His father died three months before he was born. At the age of two, he was sent to live with his grandparents because his mother was studying nursing in New Orleans. When he was four, his mother married a car salesman named Roger Clinton. Bill took his stepfather's last name. He went to school in Little Rock. He was an honors student and played the saxophone. He shook President Kennedy's hand in 1963, which inspired him to be in politics. He graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1964and enrolled in Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Upon his graduation from Georgetown with a degree in international affairs in 1968, he received a two-year Rhodes scholarship at Oxford University in England. He returned to the US in 1970 to study law at Yale University. In 1973 he earned his law degree. He failed running for Congress in 1974. In 1975, Clinton married Hillary Rodham, whom he met while attending Yale Law School. They have a daughter named Chelsea. Bill Clinton became attorney general of Arkansas in 1976. Two years later, Clinton was elected governor of Arkansas.
