constitution/constitutive

It must be known what the true definition of constitution and constitutive are. A constitution is the act or process of composing, setting up, or establishing. Constitutive is the actual act means making something what it is. In respect to the United States, the constitution is the supreme law of the land. The constitution is both a constitutive document and movement.
             .
I strongly believe that the constitution is a constitutive document and movement for many reasons. In broad retrospect, the constitution defines the United States" version of an everyday democracy. For example, articles 1-3 of the constitution clearly define the powers and rights of the three branches of the United States government: legislative, executive, and judicial. In addition, article five describes powers and limitations of congress on the constitution (mainly the passing of amendments). Moreover, article six reiterates the broad fact of the constitution being the supreme law of the land. Article six states that religion will not play a role in the election of government officials. Till today, no United States government official has been ousted out of power or refused the right to run for office because of a particular religious belief. Finally, Article seven is the agreement of government officials that the constitution will stand as the basis of the United States" law system for as long as the union stands as one. No person, regardless of stature or position can randomly change the text of the constitution without the full consent of congress. .
             .
The previous facts concerning articles of the constitution prove that the constitution is not a liberal or free-lanced document. Constitutive means having power to enact. Hence, the constitution is what citizens of the United States have been living and abiding by for over 200 years. Till today, the United States stands as the model democracy for the rest of the world.
