Partial Birth Abortion

It's ridiculous how they try to say what type of abortion is right for the mother when no abortion is safe for a mother. Having to face this route of mandatory twenty-four waiting and parental awareness, it should most likely prevent woman from having an abortion. Countless restrictions help females to avoid encountering these processes and thinking twice before possibly coming across partial-birth abortion. .
             Innumerable regulations are making an effort to abolish partial-birth abortion, but unfortunately are either ignored or declined. Furthermore, the reason for this decision is to protect and save the mother's health by any means (Sullivan). President bush taking action is an example of what the people in America should be doing. Even through the harshest dilemmas, partial-birth should not be utilized on any mother. Furthermore, the House Bill 2395 initially disallowed the use of abortion to any female unless the life was at serious risk (Sullivan). There is no difference between a person in danger wanting a partial-birth abortion and a healthy person who is also wanting one because it is dishonest and unnecessary. The similarities are not present in this situation because it is needless to perform. Furthermore, a large amount of abortion bans are being ignored by federal and state courts (Melling). This act of behavior is still within reach unless the state does not permit its presence. Knowing this information shows how much the federal and state courts pay attention to what the people of the United States have to say. Restrictions will limit the amount of partial-birth abortions that occurs in the upcoming future even if regulations are unable to be approved. .
             Women not only have emotional breakdowns and regrets of having abortions but also regret not looking at other options than partial-birth abortion itself. For example, most pregnant ladies who can't afford having another child usually chooses abortion first, and at thought of adoption comes up (Gargaro).
