I will discuss the first business meeting between an American executive and a Japanese executive in depth. I will discuss how values in Japan are different from those in America and what impact that can have on your first meeting with the Japanese. I will explain what should and should not be done to allow for a successful outcome. Executives and employers will see the research that has been done and the solutions that work, and they will decide if they want to implement the strategy within their own organization so that they will have success in their Japanese business meetings.
