Children have a right to be educated without the fear of passing a test.Children today need critical thinking skills perserverance and integrety,these qualities are not measured on a standardized test. Teachers should be able to educate students with a creative, imaginative curricculum that is both interesting and inspiring.Sadly, public schools in our commenwealth have become slaves to a politacal testing scheme.Only on the game show "Who wants to be a millionaire?-can people rise to the top by rote memorization and answers to multiple choice questions. Will we surrender control of our schools to someone who is not acting in the best interest of our children? Or, will wer take ownership of our schools again.
