chapter review on Huck Finn

Mark Twin used the first person narrative in order so that the people can read a novel in the person point of view. Twain didn't use any other person's perspective for the mere fact that Huck was the person between all the actions. Using Ms. Watson and the Duke's perspective wouldn't have given the same effect as Huck's. He also wants the reader to understand the vibes given within the book. Any other character used would have been unnecessary, and throw the reader off. The first person narrative makes the story more entertaining and would keep the reader amused, rather than second or third narrative. First person narrative is easier to comprehend and follow in your mind for the simple fact that the readers don't get easily bored.
Huck makes the story interesting for the reader. He guides the reader from when he receives the money till the ending of the story. Huck talks about every single encounter he has with a person. No other character has an important role within the story other than Huck and Jim. Even though Jim was on the voyage with Huck, he still wouldn't make a good candidate for the story telling because he wouldn't be able o bring the story together as Huck does.
The first impression from the Grangerfrod's, Shepherdson's feud brought a remembrance of the Romeo and Juliet play. When they fight they tend to involve their family other than the women. The Grangerfrod's and Shepherdson's conflicted over land. That was unnecessary and ridiculous. Instead of going through the hassle of fighting, they should have just left the decision up to the judge. .
In today's society fighting and death over territory still occurs. People go as low as killing others over a nickel, especially when involving drugs. The feud was based on a match of life or death. In certain cases, today's families also get involved as the Grengrfrod's and the Shepherdson's did. .
