             Women train with weights for many reasons as well. Young women tend to usually lift weights because they want to look good for whenever they wear a certain outfit or swimsuit. Just like young men, the media influences young women too. They always see supermodels maintaining such a perfect body with "prince charming" at their side. Older women see weight lifting on a different angle. As women begin to age, osteoporosis is a threat to many women. Osteoporosis is a disease in which bones become fragile and are more likely to break very easily, sometimes just by a simple turn while sleeping. By weight lifting, the bones get stronger and prevent the chances for women to develop osteoporosis. Another reason for older women to exercise with weights is because they too want to look younger- who does not?.
             In order to look better, be stronger, and be healthier, it will demand a lot of dedication and sacrifices to achieve a greatness of muscular appearance. Many people, who go to the gym for many hours, try so hard to achieve a great body, but sadly enough they never achieve it because they have the wrong information in order to get there. If one day, one wants to look like a future supermodel or Rambo, one will need to exercise extremely hard. Exercise will mold the body and give it form. A proper diet will significantly help one to achieve that body, followed along by enough time to rest and self- motivation. .
             Before even stepping one single foot in a gym, one should check with their doctor to make sure that a workout program will not be hazardous to one's health. After consulting with the doctor, there is one more step before working-out, which is wearing comfortable clothing. Comfortable clothing should be clothing that one is relaxed in and is able to perform the full range of motion of the exercise (Hesson 21). A few great examples of comfortable clothing would be: sweats, shorts, tank-tops, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.
