He therefore left her and got a divorce. She then got depressed and got a job as a waitress.
             Bonnie had a wonderful relationship with her mother. She was so devoted to her mother that she left her husband because they didn't get along. That shows how much Bonnie is devoted to her mother. She never really got to know her father. Not much is known if she had a good relationship with her father while he was alive.
             Not much is said about the relationship Clyde Barrow had with his parents. But a lot is said about him and his brother, Buck. Buck led Clyde on his first criminal act. From then on Buck was always right beside Clyde when ever he committed a crime. They stayed together until Buck was killed.
             Bonnie and Clyde met when Clyde went to go help and old girlfriend who had broken her arm, while Bonnie was helping the same neighbor with housework. It is said Clyde never fell in love again. It is also said Bonnie fell instantly in love with Clyde. But before Bonnie and Clyde got to know each other Clyde was arrested and sent to jail on Burglary charges. There, Clyde asked Bonnie to sneak a gun to him so he could escape. Then did Bonnie commit her first criminal act.
             Clyde Barrow's criminal record started December 3rd, 1926. When he was arrested in Dallas for auto theft and served a short jail sentence. Clyde has done numerous things from kidnapping to burglary. Clyde has a criminal record span of 8 years. He has kidnapped 5 people and never killed any of them. A kidnapped couple later told police Bonnie and Clyde were very talkative and friendly. They fed them and gave them money to get home.
             In March 1930 Clyde was arrested as a fugitive and sentenced to Texas Penitentiary. But on February 2nd, 1932, he was granted a general parole from Mayor Ross Sterling. After he got out of the Penitentiary he was never caught. But he came very close to it many of times. He always got away from police by either shooting his way through or driving away fast.
