Hamlet


            Hamlet a man which has many more sides to what meets the eye, Hamlet can be interpreted in many different ways; someone can read the play a hindered times and come out every time with something new that they have discovered before. In this picture we a see Hamlet, he is confused looking for a way through the jungle looking for a way out, the jungle of reality for which he must find the answer for or a way out. Hamlet is most dynamic character in the play; he incorporates many different types of ideologies into his persona. In examining the picture we see him looking for a way through the wood to find the answer, this shows his determination for the truth. A man of great determined thought; but what he lacks is actions to carry out what he believes in doing. He is very insecure of himself and continually questions weather he should do act upon his inner thoughts, or rather find proof for himself, to justify his reason for carrying out the deed logically. .
             In the picture if we examine Hamlets posture, we clearly see that it represents that of a person who is insecure of himself. Like in the play Hamlet continually questions himself and wonders if he should or should not act upon his suspicion that Claudius killed King Hamlet as told to him by the Ghost, so he will test him. "I"ll tent him to the quick" (II.ii.609) In search for the answer is exemplified in the picture, as hamlet putting his hand in the air trying to move the bushes and braches out the way to find a way through this forest? The play in comparison he tries to find the answer to justify the deed which he plans to carry out which is to kill Claudius. Again unsure he questions the world around him, questions weather or not is it just simpler to just commit suicide, illustrated by his famous quote; we see that he is at a state of depression where he does not know what to believe anymore and to many conflicting ideas are going through his brain In the most famous quote in the English langue "To be ore not to be, that is the question.
