David Cash Case.
The David Cash case was a tragic crime, which was led many to call for Good Samaritan law. David Cash saw his best friend Jerelmy that threat Shanice Iverson, and push her to the stall, he also told her to "Shut up or I"ll kill you!" But did David Cash do anything about it, he didn't he just walk away, thinking that nothing would happen. Later when his best friend came out of the bathroom, he had told David that he kill the little girl. David didn't report it to the police or anything, but the Police found out, and they toke Jerelmy to lifetime prison. Nothing had happen to David Cash; he could still eat, sleep, and live his life well!! Do you think that he's right or wrong?.
David Cash could have been wrong because he didn't stop his friend from murdering little Shanice, even if he didn't know Jerelmy was going to rape and kill shanice, shouldn't he have had a little clue that Jerelmy was going to hurt or do something to her. David also heard what his friends said, he heard it clear and loud and the movements he's doing to the little girl, trying to cover his hand on her mouth, to keep her quite so nobody should save her. But David didn't do anything, or even say anything to stop his best friend. If he had stop Jerelmy, maybe Shanice wont be dead right now. Even after his friend told him he murdered Shanice Iverson, David didn't even report it to the police or tried to help Shanice. If the police didn't found out that Jerelmy could still be free. They could still be having fun, and act like nothing had happen! Even after a year after this had happened, he didn't even say sorry to Shanice's family. He still felt that he didn't do anything wrong, he didn't feel sorry for what he had cause for Shanice's life and her family's life had all change!.
In the other hand David Cash didn't harm or murder Shanice. His friend did everything, all by himself.
