I, Gulotta, of 345 jones, of the city of chicago, and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, declare this to be my will and further declare that this will revoke all prior wills and codicils.
ARTICLE II--DESCRIPTION OF FAMILY.
I declare that at the date of the execution of this will, my wife is Rosa Gulotta ("Rosa"); that I have one son, Felice ("Felice"), of the city of Chicago, State of Illinois; and that I have one daughter, Mary ("Mary"), of the State of Illinois.
ARTICLE III--DIRECTION TO PAY DEBTS.
I direct my Executrix, herein named at Article VIII, to pay all my debts and administrative expenses of my estate, including funeral expenses, before any division or distribution of the property of my estate.
ARTICLE IV--BEQUESTS.
I give my beloved wife Rosa any and all interest which I may have in the real property and improvements located at 7530 , in the city of Grove, State of Illinois, except that which has passed to her at my death by virtue of a joint ownership with rights of survivorship. In the event that Rosa does not survive me, then I give any and all interest which I may have in the said real property and improvements to Felice and Mary, in equal shares, per stirpes.
I give to Rosa all the rest and residue of my estate and property, of every kind of nature or wherever situated, of which I may die seized or possessed, or which I may own or have an interest in at the time of my death, including, but not limited to, any and all of my personal property, savings accounts, checking accounts, interest in mutual funds, stocks, bonds, jewelry, pension or 401k funds, and proceeds from any and all insurance policies, IRA's, and annuities, except that which has passed to her at my death by virtue of a joint ownership with rights of survivorship. If Rosa does not survive me, then I give to Felice and Mary, in equal shares, per stirpes, the share Rosa would have gotten had she survived.
