This is a time when two strangers get together to get to know each other on a one on one level. Sometimes a blind date may work out and sometimes it may not. A blind date is awkward from the moment it's set up till the end of the night.

Experts also say you should dress more casual so that there is more of a comfort level on the date. The first date is a time to feel each other's personality and to find out each other's goals in life.
