Ford

Ford is a multi-million dollar and multi-national company, but what actually makes it tick? What are some of the specifics of the company? Not what types of cars it makes or how many factories it has, but more like the financial history and the actual company structure? How does Ford keep its customers happy? How did it grow to be such a large and internationally well known company? .
Ford doesn't have just a mission statement; they have broken it up into Vision, Mission, and Values. The Ford Vision is to become the world's leading consumer company for automotive products and services. In my eyes that vision is a pretty good one to become and remain a successful company. The Ford Mission is a global family with a proud heritage, passionately committed to providing personal mobility for people around the world; to anticipate consumer needs and deliver outstanding products and services that improve people's lives. That is where Ford shows that it is a company with an international market. This also shows that they try to be on top of the technology side of motor vehicle manufacturing. The Ford Values are the customer is Job 1. This is a big factor in showing the consumer that the company cares about them, and what they think, and the experiences they have in their products. "We do the right thing for our customers, our people, our environment and our society. By improving everything we do, we provide superior returns to our shareholders." Ford has more than just an economic conscience, and it also has strong feelings in doing what is right for everybody involved. Making sure the customer is happy is not the end of it all. Ford also makes sure that its employees are happy, and that the company is environmentally friendly and is driven by society. Just calling this a mission statement would be an understatement because it is so much more than just that. Most mission statements don't include the values of a company.
