A fraternity builds a person into a leader. Upon joining a fraternity there are numerous avenues for advancement in leadership skills. Fraternities also provide the resources to ensure academic success. People decide to go Greek for many reasons, but whether or not you choose to go Greek, the fraternity must choose whether or not you are right for them by extending a bid. This is the key to having a successful fraternity, and ensuring that its members are good people.
