             5. Data Analysis: The report is descriptive in nature. Collected information is linked with the theoretical foundation of Human Resource Management. No statistical measures or tools are used for drawing any conclusion or recommendation. .
             Theoretical foundation of this report is used as the basis of findings. All findings are linked to the theories and concepts described in the report.
             II. THEORETICAL FOUNDATION.
             People or employees are the most important constituents of any kind of organization. Of all the resources of an organization, humans are the most vital. Managing human resources efficiently and effectively has long been an important aspect of management.
